  • American Single Malt Whiskey

    ASM was launched in 2022, and will have its first full year in the market in 2023 where we want our brand to become synonymous with the newest and hottest category in whiskey.

    As the American Single Malt Whiskey category continues to grow, we are positioning ASM to become the category "call brand" through its unique name, high quality juice, top awards / ratings, and comparable affordability.

    ASM is made from 100% malted barley, pot distilled, aged for a minimum of three years, and finished in sherry casks. 42% ABV.

    ASM maintains meticulous control over the conditions within the oak of the sherry cask through careful selection and monitoring of the toast and char of the wood to ensure that the flavors are developed perfectly.

    Pecan, red apple, and honeysuckle on the aroma, dried fig, ripe red fruit, and candied date in the midrange, with dry sherry and a balanced, Islay-style smoke on the finish.

    Kaldera

    Santorini is famous for its breathtaking views of the sunset over the Kaldera (volcanic crater) and its exquisite dry white wines made from the native Assyrtiko grape. This grape variety is one of the few crops that thrived in the island’s harsh climate. Our Kaldera Assyrtiko is made from 60+ year old vines grown in extreme conditions of high heat and volcanic soils, resulting in a wine with minerality, vibrant acidity, length and unique texture. Kaldera can be enjoyed by itself or with seafood, shellfish, or white meat.

    WINEMAKER NOTES: Strong vintage that was produced from a long dry 2021 growing season. The old rootstock pulls a beautiful character from the volcanic soils.
